Information you choose to send
If you email us, the message and your email address are used to read and respond to it, handle a correction and protect the service from misuse. Do not send grading report numbers, payment details or other information we do not need.
Tools and shared links
The size visualiser and ring brief can place your selections in the page address so you can bookmark or share them. Anyone who receives that address can see those selections. The site does not need an account to create them.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics loads in a restricted Consent Mode with analytics and advertising storage denied by default. Before you make a choice, Google may receive limited cookieless measurement and consent signals. If you choose “Allow analytics”, it may use analytics storage and collect page and tool interactions, device and browser information, referring pages and approximate location derived from network information. Advertising storage, Google signals and ad-personalisation features remain disabled.
Your analytics choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. You can reopen Privacy choices and change that decision. If analytics has not been configured, no analytics choice or Google Analytics tag is shown.
External sites
Links to grading laboratories, consumer agencies or future sellers take you to services with their own privacy practices. Their collection is outside our control, so review their policy before supplying personal information.
